Said neighbour called today to say Police had apprehended the person who got into her car and he has appeared in Court and detained for the time being. He is a well known thief, has been around for many years and I have even watched him pop the locks on my car some 9 years ago. I know that he is a drug addict and spent quite a few spells inside but obviously never learns.
It was fortunate that he was caught doing another car at about the same time which has enabled the Police to bring before the Courts.
