| Hi Curzon. My experience with iTunes was similarly disheartening. About 4 or 5 years ago, I used it all the time. I had about 700-odd tracks on it, filed into several playlists. It was easy to download new tracks, add tracks from my own CDs, put playlists onto my ipod and burn my own collections from the iTunes site. Then I got a new computer and it's never been the same since. If I open iTunes now, there's almost nothing there and the playlists have disappeared. I've also found it impossible to contact them for help. I always feel it's got something to do with the computer geeks who run these things having short attention-spans, which results in them never being able to leave well alone. |
