| Uninsured drivers cause a disproportionate amount of accidents including fatal ones so well done to the police for tackling the problem. It is estimated that one in ten drivers are uninsured in London and a good proportion of those found without insurance are wanted for other offences so this is time well spent. As Goldhawk Road is in another borough it isn't likely to be diverting resources from the investigation into the attacks. |
