| I'm not sure what else the police are expected to do. They issued a description of this man after the very first attack which was reported on this site and elsewhere. After the second and third attacks further information was released fairly promptly. Although there were some errors in the information given out they weren't really material to the case and reports of the fourth attack appeared the day after it took place. As for them being 'non-existent' on the streets, I would presume they are doing the entirely sensible thing of operating in plain clothes to increase their chances of catching this man. |
