| You should always remember a venture like this probably pays somebody's mortgage and feeds somebody's kids and try and be as fair as possible. Whilst I wouldn't question the right generally f someone to highlight poor service it should be recognised that this pub has just reopened under new owners and is probably still in the soft opening stage with staff still learning the ropes. They do seem to be publicising the opening yet and maybe want to limit the number of customers they get until they are happy they can cope with higher volumes. Also, to criticise a new business for being difficult to contact by phone ignores the real challenge of getting a new line installed these days. |
