That is unusual and very annoying for you, but not unheard of. The units are worth several hundred ££, and some car models you can take them from outside, without opening the bonnet. I lost some many years ago from a Citroen BX in Brixton, and was told by the police that it happened all the time with that model, as you could just reach under the unit, flick a lever, and slide them out, all in 5 seconds. |
