I went last year and okay - I'm not a child - but I thought the bits (presumably) meant to attract children featuring 'actors' or some such were just plain stupid. Apart from that, it was a pleasant meander and I particularly liked the display with the live flames which was reminiscent of the Olympic Flame. The shopping village was worth a bit of a wander although beware the spontaneous buy - a friend of mine bought a rather large, heavy leather handbag for around £100.00 and never has used it ... Another friend said that she had also been to the Syon Park one and that she preferred that.
