I went last year and okay - I'm not a child - but I thought the bits (presumably) meant to attract children featuring 'actors' or some such were just plain stupid. Apart from that, it was a pleasant meander and I particularly liked the display with the live flames which was reminiscent of the Olympic Flame. The shopping village was worth a bit of a wander although beware the spontaneous buy - a friend of mine bought a rather large, heavy leather handbag for around 100.00 and never has used it ... Another friend said that she had also been to the Syon Park one and that she preferred that.
