I have an HP laserjet 2550 (big and clunky but good) and it stopped printing anything but the yellow plate. I looked online and found it needed a new solenoid (tricky!). Someone else on another online forum recommended taking out all the printer cartridges and putting them back one by one, so I tried that but now the cartridge carousel is out of alignment. I can get three of the cartridges back in, but not the last one (doesn't matter which colour it is). Can anyone recommend anyone to fix these two problems - someone reliable and who won't rip me off! I can buy a new (ie refurbished) one from ebay, but to save landfill I'd prefer to get this one mended.
