That would be Hounslow Homes, although they often don't know themselves as I've, in the past, been referred to both.
Branches of the tree I referred to earlier was at one almost touching my bedroom windows, it took 18 months of nagging before it was dealt with. Both Homes & Highways spent that time arguing as to whose tree it was.
Oh for the old days before these contract issues and if a contractor was used, there was a clerk of works that monitored their work to ensure it met the standard required. If it didn't it wasn't accepted. That Paul is a reference to the state of the roads and footpaths around here and recent complaint to H Highways.
