| In our street the recycling teams seem to have emptied many of the Green recycling boxes into the wheelie bins, wheelie bins already full because the rubbish wasn't collected from them this morning. Our wheelie bin lid was open so somebody had taken a look and decided not to empty it, presumably because it contained loose recyclable materials!. Brilliant! |
