A festive appearance on the High Road, TG and DR will encourage an uplift in trading and hopefully boost sales figures for the independent businesses, many of whom are struggling.

If LBH can waste money on those awful luminaries and unwanted wheelie bins then they can find a few quid to briefly brighten the main shopping streets in Chiswick during the Festive Season, and not just use the same old blue and white decorations - they could always add some red into the existing scheme?

Isn't this meant to be the "Festive Season"? Seems more like the "Bah Humbug Season" from some of the posts on here :)
