| If you actually stop and pause the video in parts the driver involved would have been partially blind as she runs out directly behind the back of the car passing over the crossing and for a partial time was also blind to her actions by the passing car. If the court was a local court i would think the judge would have a good insight into the Benny hill type shenanigans that go on daily at that crossing and put it down to a case of Tourist misfortune. Most wait on the crossing and when the cars stop they don't even cross as the cars stopping are ruining the photo. Some cross half way and stop to do the pose and do a U turn back to the same side. |
