I remember the Sea Shell in Lisson Grove being known as the best in London. Certainly was good the once i visited the place but that was back in about 1994. Sadly we have to put up with some place in TGT which once upon a time was good but for the last 10ish years not so. As to fish skin,well i am no expert but always thought that unless the fish was pretty fresh the skin ruins the taste of fish and that included it being frozen. Someone told me once to make fish batter with R. White's Lemonade over water,but i have never tried so no idea if its taste or a better batter result. Better batter ? i feel a song coming on |
