| Im sorry to hear of your theft. You may have actually locked and properly shut all your car doors but the thieves have a way of overriding the alarm system. This is particularly prevalent in BMW, VW and Mercedes. This happened to me twice with a Mercedes A class and the thieves left the door slightly ajar. |
