| It's well worth the effort - very moving and photographs do not do it justice. However, I was there at 23.30hrs last night (there were quite a few people in spite of the lateness of the hour and the rain) and it was in darkness. There were a few small lights on the walkway but the Tower lights were off. However, almost all of the surrounding (presumably mostly empty) office blocks and (closed) shops were ablaze with light. First light might be a better option. |
