It seems to be that Chiswick Park is the poor cousin of Turnham Green since the vast souless platforms(no plants or platform clock ) have the feel of waiting to be transported to a Gulag and we have to try and not be upset when frequent Picadilly trains fly past. Being a newcomer I did not realise it can be quicker to go West to Acton Town http://www.geofftech.co.uk/tube/secrets.html in order to go East. A Mr Berry http://tinyurl.com/m38qmds has kindly obtained a response from TFL on the lack of indicators at Ealing and the excuse also no doubt applies to CP. TFL's responses are classic. |
