I've got tickets to Scotland V Japan, Ireland V Italy, England V Uruguay and one of the Semi Finals. I got them quite a while ago in the sale to the members of rugby clubs though. The recent ballot seems to be very unbalanced with some people getting lots (including big games) and others getting nothing at all - even for the much smaller games. I suppose this the nature of chance but it must have been very disappointing. As for the winners, it's hard to see beyond the big trio of NZ, England and South Africa. Ireland, France and Argentina should also qualify along with the remaining two coming from Wales/Australia and Samoa/Scotland. My money is on England for both the 6 nations and World cup though.
