This week we are delighted to welcome Mr Prempy, delicious organic, raw cakes. They were introduced to us by market favourite Hook & Sons raw milk, come along on Sunday to try for yourself. I'll let them explain; Mr Prempy's began as two friends with an insatiable appetite for dessert trying to eat healthily. As our research and experimenting continued we quickly realised that the mainstream propaganda posing as dietary guidelines is horribly misleading; in particular the notion that 'eating fat makes you fat' and the subsequent zero calorie/low fat obsession it sparked. The truth is that good quality fat is essential for good health. Fast forward thousands of hours and hundreds of cakes later and the result is Mr Prempy's: a fully organic, Soil Association certified, provider of raw cakes. Organic certification ensures that every ingredient used can be traced to its origin and that they are free from chemical herbicides, pesticides and Genetically Modified Organisms.
