| Went to see 71 this afternoon. I found the plot confusing as I couldn't figure out what those 'undercover' army officers were up to, apart obviously from driving a wedge between the IRA old guard and the Provos. Were they behind the bomb going off in the pub? Looked nicely 70s, though, with the washed-out colour and appalling décor; and the fact that the central character barely speaks is unusual. |
