| Harmonie is a 1 year old baby girl who contracted Meningitis at 11 months and will now be undergoing quadruple amputation. Please read her story www.hopeforharmonie.co.uk. This story also featured on BBC News. More awareness should be made about Meningitis! It is close to my heart not only as this is a friends family member, but also as my close family member contracted this life threatening illness as a child. Luckily she fully recoved, through the great help of Great Ormond St. |
