Again - groundbreaking stuff - a diurnal rythm is disrupted by having light outside of sunrise/sunset. They make a fairly difficult link that people that live in areas with more electrical consumption are using it for illumination - it could just be being surrounded by electricity is bad! - and their conclusion - draw your curtains and have a dark bedroom - and light the paths with the minimum necessary ..... not much specific anti-LED stuff there (I have to admit that I skim read this - it is a book!)
