| The problem is, the red warning lights are flashing and the siren is activating, as it would before the gates drop.However, the gates are not dropping.It looks like some residents trying to be helpful have dragged dustbins and traffic cones scross the road to stop traffic.The only thing achieved bus this is to send traffic over the road bridge in SCR causing delays. |
