Looks like it's rolled tongue of welsh ant eater. If so, fry it in a hot pan for a few mins each side and eat it slightly 'pink'. Same goes if it's breast of tortoise.. But if it's at all 'porky' or 'fowly' make sure it's well done.. tricky stuff this cooking lark. You need baked beans? enjoy enjoy.. |
