So glad he is home. Hopefully his lost id tag will be replaced quickly, not only is it - obviously - difficult to reunite a lost dog with its owner without one but unless a dog is wearing a collar and ID tag with not just the phone number but the address of the owner, the owner could, if anyone in authority found it, be fined £5,000. |
