| The section of Harvard Road alongside the A4 should be taken out of the CPZ - most of the residents there have off-road parking and are not negatively impacted on by commuter parking. When they brought in the CPZ on this road it shifted the commuter parking across the A4 into Elmwood and nearby roads, causing them unnecessary problems. |
