TfL may not care about private traffic on non-red routes, but shouldn't they care about bus journey times?  I could have walked faster than the 391 I was on this morning, from M&S to the Goldhawk Road intersection.  And I might try it tomorrow, but it's a long way from where the traffic starts moving to the next bus stop at Ravenscourt Park.

Come to think of it, maybe moving the stop for the King Street buses to the other side of the light might allow the left turn filter to do its job better, although Prebend Gardens traffic would still tend to block it.
