Yes, TfL's traffic news Twitter account did yesterday, after someone queried why it was continuously jammed along there.

TfL, who measure themselves solely on journey time reliability on major corridors like the A4, appear to be dicking around with signal timings in a vain attempt to cope with what seems to be a rise in rush hour traffic over the last year - this is having knock on effects all over Chiswick - there isn't room on the roads for us to cope with an ever-increasing firehose of traffic from the A4 and people who still persist in driving in rush hour from one part of London to the other.
