Yes its a by-election but that is not my point. And my point is not the argument of swings and the percentages. My argument is that on the back of Labours conference the turnout is hugely down. To me that says people are not listening to labour.
You can throw percentages and swings into the dust cart but i is not going to drop a clear message in key marginals as Labour may have thought because we have another party who will starting to spoil it for Labour as well as for both parties. A warning shot has been passed
Oh i forgot the Lib Dems ? Dont worry about them because as ukip move around the QT table to a slightly higher seat ranking the Libs full of the other end into the waste paper basket.
