My fiance had to go to 3A and E departments when she severed her nerves and tendons stepping on broken glass, ealing hospital did not even look at her foot, looked at a picture on a mobile phone, no x ray, nothing, and a five and a half hour wait for a (nurse) who shaked so badly probably through lack of sleep she was stitched up, crying her eyes out as the injections didnt work, his attitude was so sorry ive started so deal with it, no crutches were offered bearing in mind she could not walk and i had to carry her out of the hopital,this was after 3 and a half hours at Central Midd who said sorry cant help you, hammersmith - we didnt even get through the front door. as a result thanks to a referral from her gp she finally got  the surgery she needed, had she been treated correctly they could have re attached the tendons, however thanks to incompetence this was not possible and as a result we had to cancel our wedding due to the longer recovery time.
