| Watched a small cockatiel for about an hour around 4.30pm yesterday. It was beside the railway line at Turnham Green Terrace end on Chiswick Back Common and was not in the least bit nervous. We, dog and I, were about 2 metres away and it just continued feeding on the ground. The bird was mid grey body with while on wings. Yellow head with dark pink spot on each cheek and a yellowish green crest. |
