| According to DC we should be proud to live in a country where low paid workers don't pay tax... ? I thought making people pay taxes meant they would be more involved in society. Also, No, I'm not proud if the reason many people aren't going to pay tax is because they don't earn enough. I'm ashamed to live in a country where people are working flat out and don't get paid enough to be able to afford to contribute to the common good. Anyway, they will pay tax on the goods they buy, so it's not true. And they will probably lose more in benefits than they get by not paying income tax. |
