I tried practically everything, physios, chiropractors, cortisone injections, x-rays, even the NAT technique, (which is extremely painful - but did help a small amount). In the end surgery was suggested to have a look internally if they could find the problem - I therefore as a last resort tried acupunture and deep massage in Turnham Green Terrace with a level of scepticism. Much to my shock, they cleared it completely after about 6 sessions.....its never come back.
