| Gosh - I hadn't expected this thread to be even slightly controversial. Apologies to all the rat-fanciers who may have been offended. I just thought there seemed to be more of the little chaps than usual, and indeed this was confirmed by the nice folk from the Trust. Quite a lot of parakeets as well, but that's for another thread. Not sure why we would ban dogs, which are really quite different to rats. Yesterday was wonderful with the dog show, such an amazing variety of beautifully cared-for pets. Children seemed to appreciate them too. I'm always so impressed that most dog-owners do pick up after their charge has done its business. |
