| One way to save money in the NHS would be to stop health tourism. In my weekly visits to a local hospital I meet patients from Kenya, Morocco and Egypt, who have never lived here yet manage to get expensive treatment for free. Doctors will not oppose this as it is part of the cherished principle of free at the point of use. |
