| Hi David Thanks for the advice. That's the kind of thing I'm after. Decent free weights area and reliable machines for a bit of cardio. My current gym is too busy during peak hours but as it's close to my work, I'm restricted to using it at those times. I could be a lot more flexible with this one. Might just try getting a week pass to see how it goes. You can do that I believe? |
