| They may want to listen but to respond? Not in my experience. Ring and they eventually either refer you to someone else who is not available or ask you to send an e-mail. Send an e-mail and you get an auto acknowledgement and that’s it! I have been waiting for two weeks plus for an answer to e-mails as to when the CCtv, that was promised over a year ago, is going to be installed in the subway at the end of Netheravon Road. Nothing. Even the local Councillor has got nowhere except to be told it is going to be a new improved system. Hardly an improved system when there is nothing there at the moment! A woman was sexually assaulted within feet of this subway recently and with what has happened to poor Alice you would think someone would get of their backside and actually do something. Fat chance. |
