I love rhubarb - so much so that I had no qualms in putting two years past its Best Before date frozen rhubarb crumble found in Grandad's freezer into the oven. It was absolutely delicious. Items from the freezer tend to be Best Before rather than Use By. So much so that I have yet to find a Use By item.
