The Southfield Ward Safer Neighbourhood Panel AGM is being held on Thursday, 25 September at the Carlton Day Centre, Carlton Road, Chiswick W4 5DY starting at 7.00pm. Doors open at 6.40pm. If you care about the level of crime locally, and how your Ward is policed, please do come along. The business to be conducted is: 1.    To received a report on policing and crime in the Ward over the last 12 months. 2.    To approve the following resolutions to change the Panel's Constitution:        a. to extend from 3 to 5 the maximum number of consecutive years an individual can serve on the Panel.        b. to make it a requirement for a Panel member to have served on the Panel for a minimum of a year before standing for election as chair.        c. if the first resolution is passed, to increase from 2 to 3 the number of consecutive years a Panel chair can serve, with the option, if no other candidate is nominated, of serving a fourth and final year (currently, the maximum is 3 years). 3    To elect the Panel members who will serve, for the next 12 months, as representatives of those who live, work, or study in Southfield Ward.
