If I try to make a call or text, it comes up with the message "Restricted number". Same goes for when I try to call them from my mobile on 202 (their direct # from an O2 mobile). I don't have a LL and I've tried (to no avail) to find a customer services email address to ask (apart from 'online Mary' or whatever they call her) but can't find one... Is there any hope? |
