I doubt it as not all bus routes will be non-operational. I vaguely recall someone appealing a bus lane fine on the basis that it operated for 24 hours and the bus didn't. Even though there were no buses when the fine was issued it was upheld. If you can't resist the temptation to use an empty bus lane during the strike, odds on you will get a fine. |
