"I sometimes wonder what image we project." In this case, I think it is Mr Ahmad who should wonder what image he is projecting.  He claims on LinkedIn to be a full-time CBT therapist at the Hounslow IAPT [Improving Access to Psychological Therapies] team as part of the West London Mental Health [NHS] Trust.  Why is he touting for private business rather than offering us a route to his skills through the NHS?
