Ok, I will attempt to answer the question of why some cyclists ignore some signs some of the time: it's bloody tiring stopping and re-starting on a bike. For those motorists who are unaware, the engine for a bike consists of legs, arms, arse and lungs, and after a point, getting up momentum from a standing start becomes exhausting. This is not a justification, but an attempt at explanation. |
