| Bobby - I think I read that raw, unpaturised, milk also helps with reducing allergies. Interested to read in today's D.Tel that Swedish research has discovered that drinking full fat milk (NOT low fat milk) could lower the risk of developing diabetes. It's starting to become very apparent that eating natural, unadulterated foods is best and trying to avoid foods that have been tampered with and altered by chemicals is to be avoided if possible. Not 100% on the "organic" fruit and veg but where practicable/affordable I tend that way. I only eat organic chicken and eggs and now see that farmed salmon contains double the fat content of wild salmon - there's of course a considerable price difference between the two. |
