Frozen bananas are ace! Peel and chop a banana/s into large pieces and freeze. Once frozen you can stick them in a blender or food processor with some water, natural/greek yoghurt and any other soft fruits (fresh or frozen) and you end up with amazing ice-cream. I do mine with frozen mango. It's seriously delicious and all very healthy. |
