| Hello, My significant other and I are on the verge of buying a smallish flat that is in need a new kitchen and new floors throughout. Does anyone have a recommendation for a builder/firm who they would recommend specifically for a job of this scale? Considerations: 1) Purchase price is taking most of what we have, so we're not swimming in cash. 2) We're buying to live, not to rent - so we'd be particularly interested in anyone who can turn around a project in fairly short order.
