| every now and again i like to treat myself at the chipper and here is my story... Customer: Can i have a couple of battered sausages please? Chipper guy 1: No problem, open? Would you like some chips Customer: Open please and no thanks on the chips (i needed to get back to work) Chipper guys 1: That will be £3 please? Customer: is Card ok as i don't have any cash? Chipper guy 1:£5 minimum, chips? Customer: ok and some tomato sauce please All ok at this point as we are all smiling at the situation and i pay but all of a sudden i've got handfuls of chips and sausages with tomato sauce so i decide to take a seat to eat. Chipper guy 2: Are you eating in? Customer: Yes, thank you Chipper guy 2: 70p extra you need to pay Chipper guy 1 just looks away. Do i explain i don't have 70p to hand and i need to go back to the £5 mimimum What happened to customer service? FYI, the seats were all free Disappointing |
