It depends what printing options are offered by your PDF reader software (Adobe? Foxit? PDF-XChange?) You might be able to use the snapshot tool in the reader to select one A5 page at a time, and then print the selection (not the whole page) on to A4 ("fit to printer margins"). But you need to get the orientation right, and I can't see how to do that with PDF-XChange which is my current reader. |
