Very true

I have helped a few elderly people on to giffgaff (the referral bonuses are going to our church's organ restoration appeal) as they can now call each other totally without charge. I only have to warn them that all PAYG SIMs expire after six months so they need to make just one 10p call every six months to keep it live. So much cheaper than the rates BT want now for a landline. A few have also moved to the Doro 'Big Button' phone which has a panic button on it.
