A good way to start is to eat your 5 or more a day but less of everything else and to do a bit more moving around. That's what's worked for me up to now, touch wood. Take it slow and if you over indulge one day, make up for it the next couple of days. I also have 2 meat free days a week and eat fish instead,and cheese is more of a treat now than it was. |
