| your BMI index is 27.7 Pete.. so technically you are slightly overweight.. the system is flawed though as it doesn't measure muscle mass/body fat ratio.. also you don't look like a porker.. if anyone wants to shed pounds cut back on refined carbs ie bread pasta and potatos.. steer clear of sugar and salt.. red wine instead of beer.. and occasional fasting is just about the healthiest thing humans can do.. eat less and move more.. I am off to the gym now to sculpt the carcass.. |
